If your health changes, you must tell your travel insurance provider. Not doing so may affect your policy and could result in claims being rejected.
Contact your insurance provider to speak to them about any new medical conditions or if you are under investigation for a condition. They will let you know if they'll be able to cover you and if there is any change to your policy premium.
You can find your provider's contact details in your policy documentation. Make sure you have your policy number to hand, alongside your updated health details that you need to discuss with them.
If you have not yet taken out a policy, you can access your quotes to change your details. Look out for the email we sent to you when you originally got a quote with us.
